Our People

As the interface between the Scheme and our members, Medshield staff are the backbone of our customer service delivery. The successful delivery of service depends entirely on the calibre of our people.

Our service delivery methods include:

  • Contact Centre services that cater for telephony interactions with agents;
  • Face-to-face service which includes service at our Walk-in centres in seven provinces
  • Electronic media centre, which effectively manages e-mail, fax and SMS queries;
  • Website access, which provides real-time access to all member information
  • Medshield App, which provides a host of real-time, online member services and information. The App is available for download on the Google Play Store and App Store Android and IOS App.
