As the interface between the Scheme and our members, Medshield staff are the backbone of our customer service delivery. The successful delivery of service depends entirely on the calibre of our people
Our service delivery methods include:
Contact Centre services that cater for telephony interactions with agents
Face-to-face service which includes service at our Walk-in centres across South Africa
Electronic media centre, which effectively manages e-mail, fax and SMS queries
Website access, which provides real-time access to all member information; and the
Medshield App, which provides a host of real-time, online member services and information. The App is available for download on the Google Play Store and App Store Android and IOS App.
